Use this service for my regular hospital visits. Cannot fault the service, the updates (arrival time/vehicle details) are much appreciated. All the drivers have been super friendly and courteous, always recommend 001 if asked.

Every single time I have used 001 taxis I have received an excellent service from the taxis. I am a regular costumer because of this. It is efficient, amicable and available. Having said that, the other day I really needed to go to the hospital for an emergency and I was not able to get a taxi because the person who was supposed to give me a ticket was busy getting coins out of the slot machines. Even after I mentioned the words hospital and emergency, the slot machines were a priority. I was in distress and I was discarded as a human being. The taxi driver was very nice about it but said he cannot take me unless I get the ticket. And I understand that. So my suggestion is that either they get a system in place so the taxi can take you even if they cannot issue a ticket or they try to hire someone with better manners who will not blatantly ignore a person in distress. I still recommend using their services, but do not expect to get bare-minimum human decency/customer service early in the morning. They are too busy emptying the slot machines to help you.
