Guy on the phone is extremely helpful, he has resolved issues for me and also is honest if they have low availability. When he says 5 minutes it takes 5 minutes so I value the honesty.

I work at a hotel in Grange over Sands and one of my guests had been let down by their taxi firm in Keighley. I called Oxford Taxis and the gentleman, Ted, couldn’t of been more helpful. Friendly, efficient and very obliging. You made a woman very happy getting her home🥰Thank you x The driver, I didn’t catch his name sorry, was very accommodating he called me to keep me updated as roads were busy. All in all a very fantastic service, helpful lovely and kind gentleman, thank you x
