Guy on the phone is extremely helpful, he has resolved issues for me and also is honest if they have low availability. when he says 5 minutes it takes 5 minutes so i value the honesty.
I work at a hotel in grange over sands and one of my guests had been let down by their taxi firm in keighley. i called oxford taxis and the gentleman, ted, couldn’t of been more helpful. friendly, efficient and very obliging. you made a woman very happy getting her home🥰thank you x the driver, i didn’t catch his name sorry, was very accommodating he called me to keep me updated as roads were busy. all in all a very fantastic service, helpful lovely and kind gentleman, thank you x
