Daniela has a well thought through yoga session and will adjust a pose to be manageable for any injury, which is so helpful. she is kind, friendly and has good knowledge to discuss any questions. the exercises are varied week to week, so never feels boring or the same routine. appreciate how toned and mentally relaxed i feel afterwards. wish i could start every day with this class.
Daniela is a really encouraging and positive teacher. we work hard in the class but daniela creates a warm and friendly atmosphere. she monitors us and will always offer a modification so you can always do something and get the most out of the class.
Daniela is a fantastic yoga teacher. i started coming to increase my activity after illness, and she took the time to discuss with me any problems i might face before my first class. she is always able to offer adjustments to poses to suit everyone in the class, and i always leave feeling so stretched and relaxed.
Daniela has a creative teaching style and she incorporates variety and depth to her classes. she is very encouraging and helps us try out new poses safely and with good humour. there are no repeat lessons, each one is a one-off, which keeps it fresh, enjoyable and challenging. you will receive a warm welcome and lots of support. i thoroughly recommend it!
Classes with daniela are excellent. she is always early (not all teachers are!) and well prepared. she is very keen to have feedback and respond to it. her 75 minute vinyasa class is extremely good, thorough, well-paced and just enough challenge (for me!). daniela is warm and welcoming and her own modelling of practice is inspiring.
