What a fantastic company! Helpful, charming and hugely experienced. We have used the Bike station on several occasions for new bikes and repairs and have always been impressed with the friendly approach of the staff and the range of bikes on offer! Had a serious problem (bent derailleur hanger, broken derailleur) on bike I use for commuting. Took it in Saturday morning and using their self-repair service, with the advice and massive assistance of an incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful young person there, I was going again by the afternoon.
