Had a serious problem (bent derailleur hanger, broken derailleur) on bike i use for commuting. took it in saturday morning and using their self-repair service, with the advice and massive assistance of an incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful young person there, i was going again by the afternoon. thank you so much
