Registrar Of Births Marriages & Deaths

Is there a web site I can visit, to get some information? I'm in Perth Australia, I need to apply for my dads' Birth Certificate and marriage certificate he was born/ married in Scotland, but passed away here in Australia. Any help suggestions would be appreciated.
