Sarah provides an excellent Pilates class. It is well measured to take into account all abilities. There is a nice cheerful atmosphere and at times a good bit of giggling. I would very much recommend it for anyone with balance issues.

Have been attending twice a week for a while now and thoroughly enjoy Sarah's classes, so much so am thinking of trying three classes a week from next year. Good fun, works you hard and you feel great after it - highly recommend if you haven't tried it before. Pilates is definitely good for the soul!!

Sarah is an excellent Pilates teacher, with a lovely manner and is very professional. I look forward to the classes and feel I have really benefited from them. Highly recommend.
