Bretton Park

Never been before, but was amazed how big, and how much open space there is. Worth going if you have kids or dogs.

Mature trees, large open grassed areas, kids play area, exercise equipment, skate park, water park(when it's working), all circled and crossed with footpaths and cycleway. Lively place to have a picnic and let the kids run a little wild.

Nice in good weather but the lack of cleaning means it's a bit mucky on our short-legged dog after it rains. The Peterborough city council maintenance team drive transit size pick-up trucks …
