Dr charles helped me find the cause of my lower back problem and helped me fixed it ...im totally grateful and recommend this practice ...instead of paying so much money on medicine to soothe the effect better pay to fix the problem . thank you dr charles i feel much better now

Great service, very helpful and friendly practice, tried the acupuncture as generally feeling low, lacking energy. after a few sessions with kim lay im i was feeling a new lease of life, had my energy back, felt overall a good feeling. opened up all my energy channels. yin and yang back in balance. would highly recommend.

I have always had back issues but recently it went to a whole new level of pain where i could not get out of bed for 3 days. i called charles on a weekend and asked for help he was so nice & talked me through what i could do to help with the pain until i could get in to see him following on from my sessions of physio and some acupuncture i am now pain free and back on track charles was kind and welcoming and i would definitely recommend him to my friends and family thanks charles you were a life saver 😊

I damaged tendons and ligaments in both shoulders and experienced chronic pain and reduced mobility. other physiotherapists were unable to help me but after receiving treatment from charles im i am now living a pain free life and have regained full mobility. would highly recommend!
