I bought a victorian house with a tiny kitchen that had no outside windows, a cold upvc utility room and a falling-down garage. i had my own development plans but richard encouraged me to be daring and suggested that i knock the back section out and start again. i now have a magnificent kitchen area with light flooding in from the full length sliding doors that give me a full view of the garden. it’s perfect. the small damp room above is now a large bedroom with its own en-suite and it’s never cold :-) throughout the project, richard was on hand to discuss the plans with the builders, structural engineer and offer advice to me when i wanted a few changes. i recommend richard and david - atkinson architects ltd.
