I bought a Victorian house with a tiny kitchen that had no outside windows, a cold uPVC utility room and a falling-down garage. I had my own development plans but Richard encouraged me to be daring and suggested that I knock the back section out and start again. I now have a magnificent kitchen area with light flooding in from the full length sliding doors that give me a full view of the garden. It’s perfect. The small damp room above is now a large bedroom with its own en-suite and it’s never cold :-) Throughout the project, Richard was on hand to discuss the plans with the builders, structural engineer and offer advice to me when I wanted a few changes.
