Absolutely brilliant service! I saw a bike on sale online on there website and to my surprise they had it further reduced in-store. I collected the bike a few days ago and I've ridden a good 40 miles since then and the bikes still as good as new 😊 I'm very very happy with the bike I can't thank them enough I would highly recommend this store!

Called in to get advice on purchasing an electric bike. Seen by John who was absolutely fantastic. He was able to answer any questions we had, he was very knowledgeable and we were not rushed or pushed for a sale. Excellent customer service from John.

Amazing service at Evans Cycles Plymouth. The best bike store in the city and really friendly and amazing staff. I thought my bike was heading towards not being usable but Rith serviced it so well, it’s as good as new. They also had amazing deals on bikes and clothing, plus all the staff had amazing knowledge of all the products. Brilliant store and highly recommend them to everyone!
