Amazing service from these guys, squeezed me in as i was off to the ferry and they helped sort an issue with my gears and some other bits. really nice helpful guys. would 100% recommend.

Phoned for a small job on a rear tyre and he fit it in the same day. dropped it off and came back an hour later to collect. really appreciated the swift service as we aren't local and we're in need of help. many thanks again!

Real professionals ! i had emergency rear wheel failure due to spokes loosening up during bicycle touring in dartmoor , failure was really bad the wheel was close to collapsing totally, i managed somehow to arrive to red brick cycles. despite the fact it was close to end of the working day and being very busy they completed a repair by 1.5 hour and saved my holiday! the team is also very friendly and helpful.thanks for doing extra mile and keep people cyling!

Phil and tony are lovely guys. always very busy so can be slow at busier times but more than made up for in terms of quality of service - i'd much rather have guys who take the time and do a great job than mechanics who rush things! bought a rather lovely bike through them too on the ride to work scheme. very shiny, very nice, very fast (if someone else who was lighter and stronger was riding it anyway!)
