Incredible bike build and service. completely sorted me out to get me on the road (gravel) asap! Cannot recommend David and Velo Smith highly enough.

Was a little difficult to find but once there the guys were great and quickly sorted out my bike! Friendly and reasonable.

I brought in an e-bike whose motor had stopped working. Despite being a brand not normally sold in the UK the team were able to identify the fault and ordered new parts to repair. They were polite and helpful and remained in good contact throughout. Prices are also very fair and transparent. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs an e-bike repaired or serviced.

Fantastic bike shop I have used this little shop for several years now after a recommendation from a friend. It is very professional, convenient to where I live and they go out of their way to help. The cost is exceptional value for money when I compare it to other bike shops that I have used before. They have always managed to match or beat the online prices for parts that I find, for I which I am grateful for. Communication is mainly by email or SMS which I find useful. I recommend this shop to my family and friends as I can’t find anywhere else local to match it.
