My gosh where do i begin. i asked edible essence (jennifer) to bake me a cake for my partners 40th and she did not disappoint. i have always struggled to find reliable cake bakers and coming across her has been both a blessing and a curse. i am beyond addicted to the amazing cake she has baked, to the point where i can not stop eating a little bit every time i go into the kitchen! i never really understood what people meant by a ‘light and airy sponge’ but now i do! i’ve never tasted a cake like it! thank you so much! you’ve made a loyal customer out of me

Edible essence provided the cake for our recent wedding (may 2021) and it was absolutely gorgeous. everyone was commenting on how beautiful the cake looked and tasted! jen was lovely to chat with when we were discussing flavours and design, and was always super helpful. it was a hard job to chose our cake flavours when we received 6 samples and loved every one of them! we were absolutely over the moon when we saw the final result, it was so beautiful, and exactly as we had envisioned. thank you so much for making our dream wedding cake a reality! sarah and brett white

Simply wow. from the moment jen hand delivered our wedding cake samples, we knew we wanted to book edible essences straight away. the personal touches and the thought that went into the high-quality sample boxes really stood out from other cake suppliers. also, the cakes were delicious, so much so…..we had to order a second batch of samples to savour!! for anyone reading this, we recommend the fragrant lemon and raspberry & prosecco flavours. from the first communication to the delivery of the cake, jen was so friendly and quick to reply to emails which really eased our stresses in the lead up to our wedding. we would recommend edible essences to everyone. thank you so much! mr & mrs roberts
