David was such a friendly and bubbly professional character, worked around my children being in nursery, kept in constant communication on the day done amazing work on both my sofa and carpets, asked if I was satisfied with them. It left my house smelling fresh again, carpets as clean and spongy as they were when I bought them. Thank you so much.
