Used nitro carpets for the first time and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of having carpets professionally cleaned. all round professional delivery and our carpets look and smell great.
His very professional manner of explaining the methods he will use for doing the job and even testing the fabric to ensure the cleaning method is suitable for the fabric. very reassuring. very amicable guy. glad i got the right person to make my lovely sofa new again. cannot recommend nick more highly. peter mclaren, crafthole.
Nick was absolutely brilliant from the minute i got in contact with him, he replied and booked us in very quickly. he was lovely to have in the house and did a fantastic job. 10/10 will be using him again!
Sofa was needing done, before shut down . this bloke is the bloke you won't for your sofa clean . defo use him again for the up stairs carpets one day . really nice bloke and puts his all in to what he does
After a bad experience with another 5 star rated plymouth carpet cleaner the previous year, i would highly recommend nitro carpet cleaning hands down. nick is very professional and was very knowledgeable about the process and our carpet fibre. we had our living room, hallway and landing carpets cleaned, we are really pleased with the results, they have been thoroughly cleaned, and have a new look to them. we will definitely use again!
