Had rich in today to fix a large burn in my carpet, he arrived early and talked me through with what he was going to be doing.. he took his time doing the job and wow he did an amazing job the part he fixed is not even noticeable, this man has some seriously good skills when it comes to doing a job. so happy with his work. will 100% use his services again when its time to wash my carpets. would definately recommend.

Rich has been very understanding and accommodating in terms of finding an appropriate time to come and clean my carpets for me. on the day he was suppose to clean my carpets, work men arrived early that morning and began digging up the road! this of course meant that rich could no longer come, i felt awful that he has a wasted appointment now, he said not to worry and to contact him when they had left, he was very reassuring. when the day came that rich finally came to clean my carpets, he was on time, courteous, conscientious and extremely quick! when we returned, we noticed he'd left a bottle of his homemade stain remover with a note that said "to keep on top of little stains" as i just had a baby 6 days ago. it's the little things like that, that assure you that you'd made the right decision in choosing rich. when i inevitably need him again for some larger stains i won't be hesitating to contact him again. his pricing is reasonable and the liaison we had was punctual and professional. just all around amazing job. really can't say much more than that!
