I'd definitely recommend Fone World shop for a job well done. A year ago my phone fell 5ft high, at first it cracked externally, no issues from the screen functionality until 2days ago, it had purple lines, then 2hrs after screen flickered green and white to completely blacked out. So i decided to call different phone repair shops here in Plymouth, comparing reviews and prices and luckily i found this shop. Visited the shop yesterday and in no time my phone looked brand new for a reasonable price. Thanks to the technician and to the lady who's present in the shop. 🥇🏅🏆

amazing man, fitting my screen protector perfectly deffo would recommend

I visited this shop today and Michael was on duty. I had a new Samsung S21 for Christmas and I was having problems and been locked out of the new phone. I visited the city centre thinking I would find the Samsung Shop only to discover that this had closed in the pandemic and not re-opened. I was very grateful that I went into Fone World as I had no idea what to do. He very kindly looked at my new phone and spent a while trying to find out what was wrong. He was very knowledgeable and sorted out my new phone and managed to gain access for me. I would definitely recommend this shop for being the most helpful in Plymouth as other shops had just sent me away. I will definitely come back to this shop in the future and recommend to my friends.

An outstanding experience, I had recently picked up a new phone for my sister and wanted to get her a screen protector for her, Michael was extremely helpful, personable and professional. He went through all of the options (lowest to highest) and even demonstrated how resistant the screen protector was on his own phone. I he also showed me other products (but not in a pushy upselling way) ended up buying a screen protector for myself as well! Have already recommended him to all my colleagues. He even put them on both phones PERFECTLY! Thank you again, you’re a star!

I visited this shop on Saturday with an issue with the charging port on my iPhone. After conversating with the man at the front desk, he quickly informed me that it was an easy fix and after 5 minutes, we left the shop with a perfectly working phone.
