I've had lower back pain and really struggled to even stand up without shooting pain. i've had 4 visits with brian and although i'm not out of the woods yet, but my movement has improved substantially and i no longer have the dibiltating shooting pains. everyone is very friendly and welcoming, and brian is a great all round chap. i'll be sure to recommend them to everyone.

I went in with a suspected rotator cuff injury. was quickly diagnosed and they were straight onto the issue the very first session. i was looked after by sam who is a great guy! would highly recommend and cannot fault one bit.

I’ve had a bad lower back for a few years that caused me pain when i walked for long distances or stood up for extended periods. tried some osteo and chiropractic a while ago but nothing seemed to really help so i came to think of those things as pretty bogus. decided to try again recently as was having a lot of pain and discomfort that i couldn’t shift. got recommended brian by my sister and after a few weeks of treatment i’ve been feeling better than i have done in decades: the improvement has been incredible! i’ve been averaging 10k steps a day and can stand fishing for hours with no pain!
