Carl is very understanding and supports training for our cocker spaniel exceptionally well. Really enjoy “our” lessons with him.

Carl and the team were very friendly and welcoming. Right from the off he set out realistic expectations and what the course involves. The sessions were fun and informative, Carl took the time to come round everyone individually to make sure were doing the training right and were happy. There was plenty of chance to ask questions about any issues we were having with Boo at home which was helpful. He also reassured us that we’re doing doing well and that training takes tome so don’t worry too much and to be patient! Can’t recommend Carl and the team enough, thoroughly enjoyed are time with. If you are looking for the dog whisperers you've found them! We first met Carl and Helen four years ago when we first got our Sprocker, Jasper. We had no idea what we had let ourselves in for, but Helen and Carl have helped us every step of the way. Between the classes and the 1-2-1 sessions we have such a better understanding of why Jasper does the things he does and how to react to them. Jasper is a completely different dog now. We genuinely don't know what we would have done without them both. We can't recommend them enough!

We really enjoyed our session with Carl. Really useful and fun! It really helped us understand better how our pup is trying to communicate with us and better ways we can communicate with her. I feel more confident for having the session and we were given some great resources and a training plan to work through. We will definitely be contacting Carl again when we have got to grips with what we are doing now and when we need more support with any unwanted behaviour. Thanks Carl

Thoroughly impressed with our first session. Carl was extremely knowledgeable and I feel completely confident in our training plan that we will see positive change in our anxious dog and have a better bond with her too.
