I have used gard and co on a number of occasions, most recent was for the sale of my rental properties. this all went through in just over 4 weeks. it was quite straight forward as no chain involved but jodie was really on the ball and always returned a call if she was unable to take it at the time. i also set up my lpa with glen sambells, again very helpful and explained everything well
