Phoned a couple of days ago to book a repair on our washing machine. gave the gentleman the details and he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and advised that it would cost me more to repair my current machine. he also advised on options of reconditioned machines that were in stock. i went same day to look and was very happy with the condition and price of the machine. included in the price was installation and removal of our broken one. new machine was delivered a couple days later and was installed very quickly and professionally. will definitely use again when required and would 100% recommend.

Just had a repair on my washer/dryer from 181 respin. i cannot recommend them enough! phoned them on a wednesday, came out first thing monday. the engineer quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it there and then. no fuss, and a very reasonable price. many thanks!

Nice guys who runs the place, we have recently picked up a condenser dryer and a washing machine, both seem is great working order and have been working hard for the last two weeks! delivery and installation guys are really lovely and quick as well. offer to come back if anything isn't working, and guarantee for a year, great price!
