I cannot recommend sj domestics enough! my husband is in the services, & just typically both my tumble dryer & washing machine broke within a week of him being away! sj domestics came within 2 days of phoning & were able to help & advise me (for free!) supplying me with a brand new hotpoint washing machine at great value, also taking my old one away within the cost (no additional cost for taking away or plumbing in like many companies!) i was also recommended that my tumble dryer could be a recall, so i called hotpoint & it was, therefore they replaced it for me. i wouldn't have considered calling them without the advice from sj domestics. i have just called them again due to a small leak coming from my machine drawer, & kindly they have offered to take a look, again for no charge, before i call hotpoint. their service is one of a kind & i recommend them to everybody who may have a fault with their household appliances. on time, professional, understanding & a reliable, trustworthy company. thank you sj domestics!
