Haart have been great with helping me find my ideal property, which i've had my offer accepted on. so that is scary but exciting. they have been so efficient, kind and so helpful. jayne, has been so informative, understanding and just a great help with navigating this new journey of first time buying. she has been really reassuring. not only is she after the sellers wants but as the buyer she also considers you and wants to congratulate and be apart of the process both sides.
Alexandra crook at haart plymouth made our viewing a truly enjoyable and informative experience and she went the extra mile in many ways informing us about the additional services that haart could provide as well also very kindly giving us a car lift through plymouth to help us get to our next destination. unlike a lot of other estate agents, alexandra also called us the next day to ask for our thoughts on the house so that she could also provide useful information back to the seller. if all estate agents were like alexandra then viewing and buying houses would be a much smoother, less stressful and more enjoyable process.
