We relocated from London and spent some time living with family in Falmouth whilst flat hunting in Plymouth. Initially we booked a viewing at a flat and Shawnie showed me around, decided it wasn’t right first us but upon telling Shawnie what we were looking for she recommended us a property and as soon as it was viewed, myself and my partner (on video) fell in love! No question or email was ever too much (there were many phone calls from me to Shawnie). On the day we moved in we arrived at the property a bit early but she was there waiting for us, had already tried and tested all the keys as well as looking and finding our bin sheds etc! Shawnie and Lang Town and Country have been nothing but 5* the whole process. Would highly recommend renting or even buying a property from them! We’re super grateful and happy to have found our home!
