Sarah ,kelly and the team were excellent. very professional, great advice , always kept in the loop and so much enthusiasm. if i was selling a house tomorrow i would have only mayers in mind they were so empathetic ,to myself and other family members , which was for me a difficult time with my own and another family members serious health issues.

We bought a house through mayers and found their service excellent. we had previously been buying a house through a larger estate agent and their service was awful in comparison to mayers. as buyers, they made communication extremely easy, we could always get through to them and they responded promptly every time we emailed. they definitely made the sale/purchase go faster because they were actually helping communication on both sides. i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use their services if we were to sell.

I have recently sold my house with mayer estate agents. i was impressed by sarah the first time i met her, she was friendly and knowledgeable. she was upbeat and told me what her vision for selling the house would look like and instilled confidence! she had a clear plan on pricing to achieve what i wanted. this initial appointment was a refreshing experience, the other estate agent companies that came over were not near her standard and lacked in all areas. sarah arranged for photos and created the advert very promptly. due to her product i had a large volume of interest in the house which she managed without causing me any fuss or inconvenience. as a result of this i received a number of offers in the price ranges i hoped and expected and was able to identify the best buyer for my property. the house sold within 3 days of being advertised!! sarah and her team met all expectations in this process and then far exceeded them in the coming months when i faced challenges with problems in the chain. sarah and her team went over and above working extremely hard to ensure the chain didn’t fall apart and we’re in constant communication with me to keep me updated. throughout the whole process sarah was contactable and helpful. i cannot recommend mayer estate agents enough! their pricing was unmatchable by other known estate agents! the service, tenaciousness and knowledge is also unbeatable! i have had a great experience and have been telling everyone i know that mayer is the company to use when selling! sarah will be the first person i contact if i ever look to move again!
