Earl of Plymouth Funeral Directors

From the start of the whole process my daughter and I were treated with total respect and kindness by Mathew the Earl of Plymouth representative. Our suggestions for the Order of Service were followed extremely well the copies of which were very much appreciated both by ourselves and the mourners present and the many who were unable to attend and to whom copies were sent. We felt the actual funeral passed with a great sense of care and dignity both with the choice of the vicar who was excellent and the unobtrusive kindness and organisation shown by Earl of Plymouth. Many who attended remarked how much they were affected by the whole experience. Should we be asked whether we would recommend Earl of Plymouth we would definitely agree. In addition the Memory Box with the enclosed photograph of my late husband was very much appreciated !

We were very happy with the customer service by Earl of Plymouth. Matthew in particular went above and beyond to resolve an issue that arose at short notice. The day itself went smooth and the service was conducted by Wendy who was relaxed and approachable. The whole team was professional and respectful. We would happily recommend The Earl of Plymouth.

Steve Parry's efforts went above and beyond. He was professional, courteous and compassionate. Steve supported us through the whole process at each step of the journey, from the initial contact until my Father's ashes were delivered to my home address and all at short notice.
