There was nothing that she wouldn’t do for us for which me and my family are very great full as we live so far away. We lost someone so suddenly and unexpectedly, the support and kindness we were given as a whole family was second to none. Cheryl understood us, and ensured we were well looked after throughout the whole journey with nothing being too much trouble. The service itself was humbling and very well directed. There is something very special about using a family run business that dedicate their love to supporting others through a really challenging time. They tailored themselves to support each family member they come across in a way that was needed to that individual. Cheryl and her team have looked after my dear old dad. The five grandsons wanted the honour of carrying him. From start to finish Cheryl and her team looked after dad and took care of everything and made this possible and the funeral and arrangements seamless. Five Starr service Cheryl thank you.

I cannot express how much gratitude I have for Cheryl and the team at Plymouth and District Absolutely devastated by the loss of my 21 year old son suddenly in February 2023. As soon as we walked in to see Cheryl ( 12 of us ) We were made to feel the compassion and warmth from everyone involved. The burden of trying to think was taken from us, we were given clear instructions and directions in our scrambled heads . I was able to spend a lot of time with my boy when he was received by Plymouth and district which for me was a huge part of accepting he was gone. Before that it had all been so difficult as we hadn’t been able to make sense of what was happening with the hospital and coroner . The team at Plymouth and district took all the stress and calmed everyone from the very beginning to the service that no parent ever wants . My boy had the best send off with dignity and love. I really could not have come through this without the compassion and care that we all received from these truly professional humans For anyone reading this review I am truly sorry for your loss and hope you find this helpful.
