Furniture Village - Plymouth

Excellent service and comprehensive advice received from salesperson (Jayne Summers). Everything went smoothly, including interest free payment programme. Bed now delivered and I'm very happy with the outcome. Very friendly but professional and nothing too much trouble.

Jayne was very helpful without rushing us to purchase a new mattress. She new her products and was able to guide us having listened to what we required. Jayne was professional but very approachable. We ended up with the right mattress for us.

We were served by Gary Frankland, late in the afternoon (after looking in other shops, at other sofas). He introduced himself - then maintained a distance, allowing us to browse. We saw the sofa/chair straight away. He was helpful and advised us that we could have both delivered on the following Saturday, which was a shock. We were really pleased, as this did not cause us any inconvenience. Brilliant customer service and a top rated sofa. We are very pleased!

We were very impressed with the service from Donna Roach at furniture village. Donna was extremely helpful and efficient I am going to be delighted when I receive my new table and chairs. My daughters also found Donna very helpful as they had been down to furniture village in the week I am sure we will be back again. Thank you so much Denise
