Brilliant, best gym in Plymouth. Amazing instructors, top of the range equipment, excellent value for money, friendly staff and clients.

I went for osteopathic services for my fabulous osteopath who has just relocated. I’m not able to train at the moment so can’t comment on the machines but they look like they’re well equipped. The venue is let down a little as it feels like it’s in some community hall and very budget, a bit cobbled together. Maybe this is a works in progress currently. Didn’t feel especially welcoming and the changing rooms:facilities weren’t great. Turns out a friend of mine is a PT there but a little put off by the general vibe. Shame really.

Have recently rejoined here after quite a long absence. And now wish I'd joined ages ago, nice polite staff willing to help & all the machines I'll ever need.

Amazing gym - very quiet in the morning. It has every machine you could want for push (this is the photo above), pull and leg days and cardio machines upstairs. Very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend after previously going to PureGym (much better atmosphere here) 👍
