I have been with Nurse Plus for over three years now. I had never done care before, but got full training and support when starting. Since then they have supported me with any worries and concerns I have. I get a good amount of hours and would recommend anyone to join this amazing team.

I've worked for nurse plus for four years now ,I've always been well supported by them .The girls in the office at my branch are fantastic any issues I've ever had be it work or even out of work they have supported me 100% ALWAYS been given the hours I need and only a phone call away if any issues arise will out working .regular training with a relaxed but professional approach. Have met some brillant colleagues while working at nurse plus .had the privilege to look after some truly wonderful clients along the way 😁😁very happy to be working at nurse plus plymouth 😁

Hi my name is Louise and I'm a single mother to two young girls. I have worked for Nurseplus for just over three and a half years now. I love working in care because I'm a very passionate, loyal and caring person. I love sitting with my clients and listening to what they have to say, wether it's about what they used to do or wether it's about their family, I'm always happy to listen. I love going home at the end of the day knowing my clients have had the best care I could of possibly given them. Nurseplus is a great company to work for as they have allowed me to work around my family life and have never complained if I've ever needed time off due to my girls being ill. My fellow colleagues are absolutely amazing and we all get on so well, this also includes the office staff too. We're all like one big family and going to work doesn't feel like working it feels like helping vulnerable people who need my help and this is why I love what I do.

Nurseplus have been an excellent company to work for. They have made sure I am well trained and have always given me appropriate information so that I am well equipped to deliver the best service to our clients. I have been doing live in care and have had tremendous support from our administration team. There is always back up and good advice a telephone call away. I have really enjoyed delivering live in care because I have the opportunity to really get to know my clients and to work out how to improve their quality of life. Help them to deal with life situations and to carry on their hobbies and interests. Mostly to give them friendship and boost their confidence. I really feel I make a difference to that person which makes me feel glad that I am a carer.
