Best Hotel in Devon highly recommended made me feel comfortable and welcome breakfast and food also nice restaurant area so relaxing staff are bundle of joy to talk too no problems with my room or anything just want say massive thanks to Ana and Raj for making sure I was okay 5 stars review best ever experience for me too Hope visit in near future thank you once again

Excellent stat, great location. Helpful staff throughout hotel. Breakfast very good. Rooms adequate but could do with a bit of updating. Our room was very warm and fan made no difference. Mentioned to reception on check out. Overall, great stay.

Very efficient check in staff lovely. Breakfast very fresh good variety. Rooms a little tired but very clean and quiet. Dinner in the Brasserie was delicious. Very good stay convenient for the city centre and 10 minutes walk from North Road Station. Overall an excellent Hotel would recommend

Reception was welcoming and all staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The room, bed, bathroom all very clean with clean towels, kettle, with teas, coffees, sugar etc as expected, bathroom was pleasantly surprising (had a bath and over the bath shower!) Had breakfast from the buffet, was very nice had plenty to choose from and checkout was easy. If I was to come back to Plymouth I'd be staying there again, highly recommend. Thank you for looking after us!
