Premier Inn Plymouth City Centre (Sutton Harbour) hotel

Room was great. clean and comfortable, lovely staff. my only disappointment was the breakfast, no bacon eggs or beans all that was on offer was sausage black pudding and hash browns. got fed up of waiting for them to refill, after 20 mins just made do with what was there.

Spotlessly clean room. air conditioning, comfortable bed, everything you need for a good nights sleep. staff friendly and helpful. good food. only downside was slow internet during busy period and parking is a bit tight (an overflow car park is available nearby) would stay here again:

We haven't been to this particular premier inn before, and we were surprised at its size. the car park was totally full and my husband had to drop us off and drive round to what i supposed to be an overflow car park at the back, and the fee for 24 hours was six pounds. i asked the girl at reception if i could get milk anywhere and she kindly gave me a glass full, which was really kind. the room was as clean and comfortable as expected but we couldn't get any hot water out of the bathroom tap. i think it's a water saving device. we would like to mention in particular keaton, who was our waiter at breakfast. he was really helpful and charming. the only drawback was that my scrambled eggs arrived when i was half way through my cereal and i would have liked a little more time to enjoy my continental breakfast first.

We arrived at 0115 after a four hour delay on the coach. we were greeted warmly by the night team, given iced water and taken to our room. they even booked a taxi for us to take us to the ferry. the bed was really comfortable and we enjoyed a nice cup of tea before having a very enjoyable breakfast. thank you everyone

We had a lovely evening, we wanted a night from the teenage children 😁. we ended up in a premier plus room at a good rate. if i had to pick a fault, it would be terrible air conditioning in the indian summer that we are having. i was hot and so was the wife 😉. great location and fine food. the staff were friendly and hospitable. the breakfast was lovely, we were able to help ourselves to all food except eggs as they were made to order, but we could order a many a we liked. would i stay here again🤔 yes!!
