Mark Bowden Hypnotherapy - Hypnotherapy in Plymouth

I was able to finally quit smoking after 32 years with the help of mark's stop smoking cd. it's been 9 months so far. i listened to the cd every night before bedtime for 6 weeks prior to my quit date. i went from 2 packs a day down to 10 cigarettes. i love the guided relaxation because for the first time in a long time i have found a way to relax. i was able to accept the suggestions in the hypnosis session because i was relaxed. the hypnosis took away the anxiety of quitting. i did it!!!!!!! i know i couldn't have done it if this cd wasn't part of the prep time needed to quit. i thank mark for what he does...his voice is so soothing and relaxing, and i am so very happy that my doctor suggested his cd's. i got my life back!!!! thank you mark!!!!!!!!

A pleasure to deal with, contact with customer service is quick and efficient. the hypnosis tracks themself are wonderful. i was struggling in many ways emotionally, three days later, listening to the track daily and i have experienced a huge positive change in myself already. i'm motivated and feeling positive again and not letting things get me down. i can't wait to see further improvements as time goes on. the tracks come with alternate daytime or nighttime endings which i think is a brilliant idea. i would not hesitate to recommend.

I love these products! i started out with a cd on positive thinking. it seemed to work right away. i felt more positive after the first time. his voice is very soothing and in no time i am fully relaxed and feeling great. it worked so well that i soon got 2 more, as downloads, the one on chronic pain and the one on effective weight loss. they also work really well. since listening to the sessions i have had less pain and i handling what pain i do have much better than before. i have also started eating healthier and started working out about 2 weeks and have actually stayed with it. what is really awesome is that i am enjoying eating healthier and exercising. both help me feel better physically and mentally. i try to get in 1 or 2 sessions a day and use which ever one i think i need most at the time. i enjoy the hypnosis sessions and look forward to them. i have all of them on my cell phone which i always have with me, so it makes it easy to do in my recliner or laying down. i also put do not disturb on the phone so i don't get any interruptions. i would still get a phone call if it was an emergency because if my phone is called twice in a short amount of time it will figure it is an emergency. i'm not sure if all phones work this way. i plan on buying more sessions in the future, as they are very effective, relaxing and enjoyable. sessions are well worth the money. i consider these one of my best purchases. you know, the ones that are worth every penny.

Very helpful-effective recordings. his hypnotherapy helps me sleep better, to find more relaxed positive peace during the day, and to know there are always things to be grateful for. each time i listen to a session it is easier to get into the helpful relaxing hypnosis. thank you.

Absolutely fantastic - amazing customer customer service and the hypnotherapy sessions are fabulous. i’ve been a regular user of hypnotherapy sessions as a means of self improvement, but with this app it’s like being a kid in a sweet shop - there are so many sessions that i’m spoilt for choice! i signed up for a lifetime membership and feel that mark has fully equipped me to tackle pretty much anything that 2023 might try and throw in my direction.
