Zizzi - Plymouth

This was my first visit here, and I was really impressed. The service was excellent, and the food was quick even though it was very busy. Our waitress was helpful, friendly with a warm welcome. I had the chicken and Prosciutto salad, and it was the BEST salad I've ever had!! My only complaint would be the tipping option. When paying for the bill, it automatically chooses how much tip you pay, I personally think it's too pushy, and people should be able to choose whether they want to add a tip, not feel like they have to. It could get awkward for people as you don't know what their circumstances are.

My son, my daughter in law, their four kids and I went to Zizi for dinner. We had a great service, very nice atmosphere. We enjoyed our food and pudding. Thank you our a great service.

The service was quick, although the drinks came after the food. The food is tired and the quality/quantity is sadly questionable for the price. The person with me tried to order something and was told it had sold out, so she tried again she was told the same. The staff were really friendly and approachable.

Booked for my sons birthday. We got there plenty of time and were seated quickly. It got very busy quickly and there were a few delays, but the waitresses were apologetic. Food was lovely, it was pretty reasonable although I did also use clubland vouchers.
