Wedding ring shopping that was such a lovely experience! Absolutely top notch quality service! Andrew was great showed us a variety of options, explained everything eloquently and was not pushy in the slightest showing us a variety of metals, types and budgets. During our chat with Andrew, Cathy approached us and offered us a drink- we were given a free glass of Prosecco and a pint of beer- outstanding! Cathy also cleaned and polished my engagement ring whilst we continued our purchase! Despite being an hour from home we had no qualms about purchasing from the Drakes team! Can’t wait to return for our fitting!

My partner had a great experience choosing my engagement ring a few years ago, so much so we knew exactly where to get our wedding rings from! We have also visited through the years for other purchases and staff are always happy to greet you with friendly, professional service throughout.

After having a bad experience at a well known high street jewellers, myself and my fiancé went to Drakes instead. From the minute we walked in, we had 5 star service offering us to sit in the booth and get a drink for us. We were looking to purchase our wedding rings and the wonderful Vicki was there to serve us. She was fabulous listening to what we did and didn’t like and let us try on so many different rings. My fiancé found his, and I found one online which I requested to try on. Vicki wasted no time and ordered in a sample for me to try which arrived 2 days after we went to store. I fell in love with the ring and purchased it there and then. Vicki and Cathy, you were wonderful and thank you for such a happy experience buying our wedding rings after the trouble we had elsewhere.

Came in today with a query regarding wedding rings, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were attended to (especially as they were busy and short staffed) special mention to Kathy who went out of her way to meet our requirements and phoned me after I left the store to update me on an order placed.
