Amazing service ! After receiving quotes and advice from various other jewellers, robins brothers were by far the most knowledgeable, friendly and time efficient - and also priced the best! My ring was returned like brand new after having its claws fixed and a having a polish. I was genuinely blown away by the end result, will be returning again for sure ! Highly recommend!! 5* !!

I took two inherited rings to be sized down. One ring also was in need of repair due to the claws springing open. Both rings are old and of huge sentimental value. The repair and reduced sizes have left the rings looking absolutely stunning. I'm delighted. The customer service I received was excellent. Had a fantastic experience with Robins Brothers. They remade a family ring with lots of sentimental value into a beautiful engagement ring. Following a successful proposal, they hand engraved the coordinates of the proposal site on the inside of the ring. Staff were kind and communicated well throughout. Will definitely be going to Robins Brothers again.
