Plym locks

Mark was so friendly, accommodating and efficient. his prices were realistic and he kept me in the loop all the time. i had new handles and hew hinges on my windows. he left one window without hinges because he said they were not needed on the small window. very happy bunny. cannot recommend him enough for a super smooth, reasonably priced, well done job.

Excellent service. great communication before mark got to us, then once at the property he was quick to get us into our property and was friendly and informative whilst doing it. brilliant service for a late night call out. highly recommend.

Issue with front door lock not locking. called early morning and visited before midday. turned out that lock was not faulty enough to be replaced, just needed a little care and some advice to ensure it would lock. whilst he was here, at my request he was able to quickly replace back door lock with one that had an internal thumb lock. all work carried out politely, quickly and tidily.

I emailed several locksmiths late on saturday night and mark replied quickly and was more than happy to come out the next morning, which was also a sunday. he completed a complete lock replacement incredibly quickly with no mess. within 30 minutes i had a brand new lock and keys - he even cut me a spare set on site. incredibly reasonably priced too. highly recommend .

Exceeded expectations. mark was totally brilliant at replacing our chub and yale locks on an old and ill-fitting door leading to our flat. he didn't just replace the locks it looks way better than before does he feels and gaps and tidied up so really really delighted with what he did for us. it was a fair price... he is clearly a genuine person who takes pride in doing a great job. excellent.
