Sir Fix a Lock Ltd

James came out at short notice as our key had snapped in the lock. he removed the key and straightened up our previously damaged lock mechanism, so the door is working way better than it was before our key snapped. he was lovely, friendly and professional, great communication, highly recommend!

Excellent service. contacted the company on thursday and paul responded the same day and managed to come and look at the issue the following day. parts were ordered and fitted by tuesday the following week. very flexible, clear communication would recommend.

Called sir fix a lock this morning for a non-urgent patio door issue. they arrived at 2pm, fixed the problem and gave me loads of advice on how to maintain and look after the door, no doubt saving me loads of money in the long run. this is the second time i have used them as they were highly recommended on the saltash community pages. brilliant service, i wouldn’t use any one else.

Managed to lock myself out of my study. sir fix-a-lock responded immediately and fixed the problem. so confident was he that he had fixed the lock that he let me lock him inside the room when i was testing his workmanship! now there’s confidence.

I was recommend fix-a-lock by a family member and i have been very impressed by their services. both paul and james were involved in changing the lock on my front door (matching it to the door knocker / letter box) and also locks on two internal doors. the internal doors required new keys to be created and on one door the key had snapped making this a difficult task to complete. the service provided has been professional and i have been regularly updated with progress and arrival times. thanks both for sorting my request so promptly. highly recommend!
