I went for a deep tissue massage, and from the very beginning, I felt at ease, very comfortable and in safe hands. Helen is very professional, respectful, and kind. It definitely relieved some tension I had. The place is quiet, very clean and it has the best massage bed I've ever been. I will be going again, I absolutely loved it.

First time having reflexology, was hoping for some relief from ongoing neck pain.Helen explained everything to me before doing anything. The treatment area was warm and calming. I slept for 9 hours with minimal pain. The only disturbed part of the night was getting up 3 times for a wee which Helen had also warned me about. Will 100% be making this a regular booking.

My husband booked me a full body aromatherapy massage with Helen as a surprise and after that experience I was always going to return for another treatment. I eventually booked a top to toe treatment. 2 hours of pure bliss….. it felt like 2 minutes! I dosed off a couple of time as I was so relaxed. Helen is incredibly good at her job. The treatment table is so warm, soft and comfortable, and the room itself is still immaculate, modern and welcoming. The new online booking system is so convenient and easy to use, especially for shift workers like myself. I like the fact that you have to pay on booking. It means I attend for the treatment and leave at the end without having to do the not- so- good bit immediately before of after. Not that it isn’t worth every penny! 5 stars again…. Until next time.

After a stressful journey to see Helen- my fault- all I can say is that it was worth the visit. Helen is very good at her job. I enjoyed the aromatherapy massage but the facial was wonderful. The couch was extremely comfortable & I felt relaxed talking with Helen. If there was one negative it would be that it would have been good if she had supplied some drinking water especially at the end if the session as I was extremely thirsty & Helen did say I needed to ensure I was hydrated. Her room was pretty small & getting changed in the toilet wasn’t ideal but it served it’s purpose. All in all it was lovely especially as it was a birthday present from my daughter

I had a wonderful deep tissue massage with Helen. She was warm and friendly from the outset and made me feel really welcome and relaxed. She was very thorough in her questions and really made sure she had a good history for me before she started my massage, so that she could properly tailor it to me. This was a gift from my husband and I was extremely impressed at his great choice; I think it was the best masage experience I have ever had. I will definitely be recommending Helen to my friends and family and I hope to be able to book my next treatment in with her again very soon.
