Plymouth Sports Massage Therapy

Visited for the first time today for shoulder, back and neck massage. My work puts a lot of strain on these muscles so they were very tight. Jon was brilliant and I could feel him really relaxing the muscles and working out the knots. I will definitely be visiting again and would highly recommend.

Being a window cleaner , my upper body is very sore and tight! Jon is a master of his craft and explained his process and techniques during my massage, he made me feel very comfortable and great conversation. Im feeling brand new! I will be back and would 100% recommend jon to anyone!

I went to Jon for a sports massage after having a bad experience somewhere else and he restored my faith. He has an in depth knowledge of massage and much more. He was also able to pin point an issue I had in the past but did not mention as it was not causing any pain which was very impressive. I'm looking forward to working with Jon regularly in the future and I would highly recommend him.

OUTSTANDING!! Having had the need for many sports massages over the years I can honestly say that Jon is exceptional. I wish I'd discovered him sooner. He has incredible knowledge which means he really targets the problem and the surrounding areas and his gentle demeanour and friendly approach is very welcoming. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
