The Muscle Clinic Remedial and Sports Massage Plymouth

A back problem which I've had for years is finally getting kicked into touch with help from David. I can't recommend The Muscle Clinic enough. Today David was so helpful and gave really good advice along with a very thorough massage. Thank you so much I'll definitely be back.

Went for a consultation and massage with David regarding my ongoing sciatica. Really helpful and knowledgeable, back feels a lot better today (the day after) and the exercises/stretches are already helping. Would definitely recommend.

Great treatment, David really takes care to learn about any injuries you have and the activities you do beforehand. Very accommodating - I could adjust the room temperature and adjust the level of the massage. I left feeling very relaxed but also like I got all my knots out. Would recommend!

Thank you so much for the massage but particularly your advice and recommended exercises to improve mobility and pain reduction in my shoulder. The exercises have worked wonders, my mobility is back to normal and i'm pain free for the fist time in three months. I have only visited you once but the outcome has been phenomenal. Thank you!
