Went to see jon because i suffer with restless legs. after the first treatment i noticed a difference. my legs and body felt more settled and i was able to get better sleep. highly recommended jon, he listens to your needs and adapts his treatment accordingly.

Jon was kind enough to fit me in at the last minute for a sports massage, as i'd been experiencing pain in my neck and shoulder. i immediately noticed an improvement in my pain and mobility, and i had a great experience. he's a lovely guy, very knowledgeable and i'll be visiting him again for sure.

Jonathan gave me the best massage i have ever received. what was most impressive is his techniques which got places i didn’t even realise were sore and needed to release tension. he is a warm, approachable and professional person who is clearly highly skilled which i felt helped him respond to what my body needed. he will make you feel at ease in a peaceful environment perfect for massage. can’t wait for my next massage, thank you. i highly recommend jonathan!

I went to jon for a sports massage after having a bad experience somewhere else and he restored my faith. he has an in depth knowledge of massage and much more. he was also able to pin point an issue i had in the past but did not mention as it was not causing any pain which was very impressive. i'm looking forward to working with jon regularly in the future and i would highly recommend him.

It was my first ever time having a massage this evening and i decided to go for a deep tissue massage. jon was brilliant at making me feel relaxed and done a brilliant job. i will definitely be attending again in the near future 👍😊
