I keep coming back to the shop because the salesman I always go to is absolutely brilliant. Update- I went back for a new sofa. They’ve changed the delivery date twice already. I’m actually in a lot of pain and need this item asap. Apparently they can’t find the stock - I don’t know how that’s possible but ok. I’m not particularly happy this time round. My sofa was due to arrive tomorrow and how do you inform customers? Some informal email. I’ve already lined up someone to take my old furniture so this has a domino effect. I still say the staff in store are excellent but the follow up services are not.
