Paul at the Plymouth Marsh Mills store was so helpful. I had an idea of what I was looking for after 2 months of uncomfortable sleep on another new mattress (from a different company). I used the mattress tester that analyses your body/sleep position and was able to find a suitable mattress that was soooo comfortable. And only a week to await for delivery. I wish I went to Dreams before buying my current mattress!

Fantastic service , Jane could not have been more helpful she made the buying experience very enjoyable. Explaining about all the different mattresses and benefits of each . We would definitely recommend to others .

Paul was the perfect salesman; patient, thorough, and gave us all the options without trying to up-sell us. We thought we knew what we wanted but Paul shared his knowledge and we came away with something quite different, but it was right for us! He listened to what we wanted and gently advised other options. We left feeling really excited about our investment. We were given a Pillow Talk survey card but the site is no longer available.

Buying a new bed is an expensive experience but as you spend so much time in bed it has to be right. Our DREAMS experience was very good for us, we were politely met entering the store and offered a measuring/ fitting on a magic bed! The bed measures and scans your sleeping positions to offer your own recommendations. You are then showed beds which match your details and We were pleasantly surprised. No pushy sales pitches just helpful and friendly advice would recommend to family and friends. We stayed after opening hours as they were a little busy but still offered drinks and not rushed.
