Upgraded recently to the new roaming tariff, which is really good value if you’re going abroad. Better than any other provider by miles. Served by JACK who was absolutely BRILLIANT… there were a few teething problems which he took personal responsibility for over several days. He was also extremely patient and not at all judgmental about my lack of tech skills. Really appreciated it Jack… thank you so much!

As a Three customer i was due an upgrade, I was served by Tom who was very helpful in assisting me with buying a new phone and choosing my sim only package, he also put my sim in for me,which i greatly appreciated as I'm usless at that.also thank you to the young lady whose name i didn't catch (sorry) for putting my screen protector on for me.they certainly went above and beyond awesome customer service many thanks

Genuine 5 star service from this outlet. My wife's mobile phone contract was close to finishing so we decided to go instore and see REAL PEOPLE! From the meet and greet to finalising the new ( better) contract was seamless. Superb service.

Very good experience of Three, Jake, James and Tom very extremely helpful to me, explained everything and basically did everything for me.
