Fran arranged a remortgage for me, which I then did not proceed with as I decided to sell and move. She helped to work out the price range of a property I could comfortably purchase and secured a mortgage offer within 3 hours after application! The process was straight forward, communication was excellent (with emails being answered well after office hours!) and even a lower mortgage rate secured between offer acceptance and completion. I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I was looking to buy again or remortgage when my fixed term ends.

It’s been 9 months since our house completed and it’s been super busy hence the late review. Would just like to say a massive thank you to Adam and the team. Throughout our whole process we have plenty of knock backs and Adam was very patient and understanding.
