Having 2 young grandchildren, our carpets needed a clean, contacted bickfords, and so pleased that we did. when they came, they were polite and informative about what they were going to do. didnt think they would get all the marks out on the carpets, was very happy with the outcome, can honestly say, carpets were like new, when they had finished. would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company, and will certainly be using them again when needed. thank you guys.
