Boots Opticians Plymouth - Drake Circus

I would like to recommend Boots optician in Plymouth. High standard of customer service, nice atmosphere, very friendly staff. Even though I didn't have an appointment booked, Aiden-store Manager devoted enough time to me and answered all my questions. Definitely I will back again.

Customer service was very good. Debbie the assistant was very nice and informative and the optician Jodie was very nice and informative too and didn't try a hard sale.

A big thank you to Maisie who provided excellent service when I had a problem with my glasses. She kept me updated throughout and rang when she said she would. Thank you 🙂

Had an appointment with Adam at the Plymouth branch, he was so informative, and worked hard to find my correct prescription. I feel totally confident in him, it was a pleasure to do business with him.
