I would like to recommend boots optician in plymouth. high standard of customer service, nice atmosphere, very friendly staff. even though i didn't have an appointment booked, aiden-store manager devoted enough time to me and answered all my questions. definitely i will back again.
Customer service was very good. debbie the assistant was very nice and informative and the optician jodie was very nice and informative too and didn't try a hard sale.
A big thank you to maisie who provided excellent service when i had a problem with my glasses. she kept me updated throughout and rang when she said she would. thank you 🙂
Had an appointment with adam at the plymouth branch, he was so informative, and worked hard to find my correct prescription. i feel totally confident in him, it was a pleasure to do business with him.
