Fantastic service from Dinesh and his team. Ordered a pair of prescription cycling glasses and found the whole process from start to finish to be very thorough and professional . There was no hard sell and i left feeling very happy with my purchase. This is a very good independent opticians and i would definitely recommend that you visit them for a personal, knowledgeable service.

Independent Service comparable to Harley Street: Plymouth is extremely fortunate to have an independent ophthalmic practice like Iconic Opticians in the city. Having experienced both, Iconic Opticians is comparable with the high quality of service one would expect from a Harley Street clinic. My routine appointment today was not rushed, lasted for an hour and involved a range of comprehensive and holistic diagnostic testing. The staff are very friendly and professional; I came away feeling like a valued customer. A very different experience to chain store opticians. The practice is decorated in a scandi-chique style and is a comfortable and calm environment.

On 25th Feb I came to have my eyes checked as I had blurred vision that developed after my cataract operation. Straight after Dr Anna booked an appointment at the NHS for me. Today I got a lazar operation (on 15th Mar), and I got back good eyesight again! Thank you so much Dr Anna and all the other staff! Fantastic customer care! I strongly recommend Iconic to everyone!

We are holidaying down in Plymouth and must say the service we received from Iconic has been phenomenal Our son came home last Thursday from school with no glasses and sign of them at school We rang ahead to iconic and were told to pop in as a few phone calls too other opticians we found out iconic were the only one to offer 1 hour glasses We called in there today 24th and were offered a same day appointment and by the end of the day we had our son's new glasses and we couldn't of been happier with the service we have received

Brilliant service with very experienced staff and quality branded frames that arrive quickly. I recently purchased prescription sunglasses which are brilliant as well as a prescription dive mask which I will use for freediving and spearfishing (the mask is a 10 out of 10, being able to see underwater is a totally game changer). I'll definitely be using these guys again. Thank you. James
