A new pair of spectacles purchased today from Noakes, Habermehl & Kerr. I have been using them since I was 13 years old when Mr Noakes took over from my previous opticians based in the Crownhill village. Not the cheapest but by far the best. Im a lot older now with a 7 instead of the 1 in front of the 3. Wonder when i get my gold watch!

Alice Reed at Crownhill treated my 94 year old mum (who has dementia) with dignity and respect, she was patient, understanding and explained to mum exactly what was happening throughout the examination, she encouraged her and praised her even though mum was having difficulty. Excellent service as always from all of the staff.

As always the service that one receives at NH&K is without question the very best that there is. Personally I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my eye care. Keep up the amazing work Team NHK and thank you.

I went for my eye tests today, wearing a mask due to having Long Covid. Immediately, both the optician and the technician who performed my tests put on masks to protect me. I was extremely impressed and grateful. This is just one of the reasons I've been going to NHK Opticians for 30 years.
